This program, tailored for children between the ages of 3 and 5, aims to foster independence, self-confidence, and self-control, all while nurturing their abilities to concentrate their eye, mind, and body. We get them ready for Kindergarten!

• Our Curriculum - We start with a trial lesson to evaluate their listening and instruction-following skills. Upon acceptance into the program , they will learn basic Martial Arts movements and patterns for strength, balance, control and flexibility.

• Testing - Every two months to move up to the next belt rank. This group has its own belt system to encourage them to learn, test and move up

• Finally - Once Elite Embers finish this program, they are ready to move to our regular EFT classes.
